Before any paid services begin, the nature and scope of the services, applicable fees, payment arrangements, cancellation conditions and refund rights will be communicated clearly and agreed in writing.

Any future paid services will be subject to applicable consumer protection legislation, including mandatory rights concerning distance contracts and cancellation.

These Terms of Service will be updated as appropriate before paid services are introduced.

6. Age Requirements and Young Applicants

Students aged 16 or 17 may contact Admitio for general information and introductory educational guidance.

Where appropriate, parental or legal guardian involvement or permission may be required before providing more extensive personalised support.

Paid service agreements involving individuals under the age of 18 will only be entered into where the necessary legal requirements, including any required parental or guardian authorisation, have been satisfied.

For prospective students under the age of 16, we ask that a parent or legal guardian contacts Admitio on their behalf.
